Warranty Policy – At SA Industrial Supplies, we stand by the quality and durability of every product we sell. Our goal is simple — to provide equipment that performs, and to support you fully if something goes wrong.

Standard Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from SA Industrial Supplies come with a standard 12-month limited warranty (unless otherwise stated).
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a product fails due to a factory defect within the warranty period, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the product — at our discretion — after proper inspection and verification.

What Our Warranty Covers

• Defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal use.
• Manufacturing faults that affect product performance or safety.
• Parts or components that fail prematurely due to manufacturing issues.

This applies to all major product lines, including:
Flow Bins, IBC Tanks, Plastic and Steel Drums, Diesel Bowsers, Fuel Pumps, Brick Machines, Mixers, and Vibrating Tables.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or improper installation.
• Faults resulting from chemical exposure, corrosion, or accidents.
• Third-party repairs or alterations without prior written approval.
• Consumable parts such as seals, hoses, and connectors (unless defective on delivery).

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem with one of our products, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us via phone or email with proof of purchase.
2. Provide a clear description of the issue, including photos if possible.
3. Our support team will assess your claim and guide you through the inspection process.
4. Once approved, we’ll repair, replace, or issue a credit/refund for the product.

We aim to resolve all valid claims as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Repairs and Replacements

In most cases, defective items will be repaired or replaced with a new or refurbished unit of the same model.
If the product is no longer available, we may offer an equivalent replacement or a store credit at fair market value.
Repaired or replaced items carry the remainder of the original warranty or a 30-day extension, whichever is longer.

Warranty Scope and Service Areas

This warranty policy applies to all products sold within:
South Africa (Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, and North West),
as well as to our clients in neighbouring SADC countries (Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe).
