At SA Industrial Supplies, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality products and excellent service throughout South Africa and the SADC region.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in a transparent and customer-friendly manner.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive written confirmation and a refund will be processed promptly.

Important:

• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for return under the Return Policy below.
• Custom-built, modified, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

2. Delivery Terms

We deliver throughout South Africa and selected SADC countries:
Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe.

Standard Delivery

• Delivery within 3–5 working days, depending on location and order size.
• Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Next-Day Delivery (By Arrangement Only)

• Orders placed before 12:00 noon may qualify.
• Delivered the following working day between 08:00 – 17:00.

Delivery Acceptance

• A responsible person must be available to receive and sign for the goods.
• If the courier cannot deliver due to no one being available, the shipment returns to the depot.
  • A re-delivery fee will apply.
  • If you cancel after a failed delivery attempt, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

3. Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
(Note: This meets Google Merchant Center requirements for a 30-day return window.)

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

1. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused or slightly used, in original condition, and include:
   • Original packaging
   • All accessories
   • Manuals or documentation
3. Products showing heavy use, modification, misuse, or damage not caused by transit will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Custom-built or modified equipment
• Special-order products
• Used or reconditioned FlowBins or drums sold “as-is”
• Chemical liquids or hazardous material
• Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect application

4. Return Shipping

• If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return courier costs.
• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refund Process

Inspection & Approval

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are processed within:
3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Scenarios

Change of Mind

You will receive:

• A full refund of the product price,
• Minus original delivery fees (non-refundable).

Faulty or Damaged Product

You will receive any of the following (your choice):

• A full refund, including delivery costs
• A replacement unit
• A repair, where applicable

6. Return Procedure

Before returning any item, please contact us so we can assist with:

• Collection arrangements, or
• Drop-off instructions at our return address

7. Processing Times

• Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.
• You will receive confirmation once your refund, replacement, or repair has been completed.
